Supporting Content Creators
Driving Traffic to Original Sources
Comunna doesn't host or republish full articles. Instead, we showcase titles and brief excerpts with direct links to the original content. Every click takes readers straight to the creator's website, helping them gain more visibility and traffic.
We're a Discovery Platform, Not a Replacement
Our goal is to help quality content get discovered by the right audience. We don't compete with content creators—we amplify their reach. Think of us as a bridge connecting readers with the amazing work happening across the internet.
Proper Attribution Always
Every article on Comunna clearly displays the source, author, and publication date. We respect copyright and intellectual property rights, ensuring content creators receive proper credit for their work.
Fair Use of Logos & Favicons
We display website favicons and logos solely for source identification purposes, consistent with standard practices across RSS readers, search engines, and aggregation platforms. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsible Technology
Following robots.txt Rules
We respect website preferences and always follow robots.txt directives. Our crawler identifies
itself with the user agent ComunnaBot/1.0
and uses rate limiting to avoid overwhelming servers.
RSS Feed Priority
Whenever possible, we prioritize using official RSS/Atom feeds that sites provide specifically for syndication. This ensures we're accessing content exactly as the creators intended.
Product Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how users interact with our features. This helps us make informed decisions about what to build next and how to improve the experience. All data is anonymized and used solely for product improvement.
Takedown Policy
If you're a content creator and would prefer your content not appear on Comunna, we respect that completely. Simply reach out via our feedback form and we'll promptly remove your content from our platform.
